Serum is a decentralized exchange and ecosystem based on central limit order books. The project was launched in August 2020.

Use Cases

Thanks to Serum's on-chain order books, traders can choose the price, size, and direction of their trades. Other protocols can integrate with Serum's order books to facilitate trading across projects and benefit from Serum's existing liquidity. The trading fees on Serum are split between the project that hosts the front end and Serum itself.
